I have a strong background in exercise physiology and rehabilitation science, and am still actively working as a contributing researcher on projects related to rehabilitation for lung disease and back pain. As such, you can expect cutting-edge, evidence-based training when working with me.
I'm passionate about movement! With a particular fondness for running, dance,and an interest in sporting injuries, I have a range of experience working in exercise prescription for athletes, survivors of breast cancer, patients with lung disease, and the general population.
